Terms of business

These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts for the sale of goods shown on this site. Ordering the Goods is deemed conclusive evidence that you accept these Terms and Conditions. Any variation to these Terms and Conditions (including any special terms and conditions agreed between the parties) shall be inapplicable unless agreed in writing by us.

Price and Payment

The prices do not include:
  • VAT nor any other local taxes where applicable
  • Transportation charges
  • Any other charge such as customs fees applicable in the destination country

VAT and Custom fees

In case you or the receiver of the goods are an individual residing in one of the EU countries or if you are a business based in Italy, the applicable VAT will 22% on the prices shown.

If on the contrary you - either individual or corporate body - do not reside in the European Union the applicable price will be the net price as shown on this site plus any charges or custom duties applicable in the destination country. Since we have no control on custom duties, we are not liable for such additional expenses.

After receiving your order, we shall confirm by email the details, description and price for the Goods together with information on the shipment costs and delivery times.

We reserve the right to adjust the price and specification of any item on the Website at our discretion and withdraw any goods from this website at any time.


Payment and delivery terms for the sale of our food slicers and kitchen appliances

We accept only payment in advance by bank transfer.


Warranty and repair

We warrant that the Goods will at the time of dispatch correspond to the description given. Warranty is two years on all the machines. Parts subject to consumption during use, such as blades, cannot be guaranteed. However we confirm that we use top class parts made of excellent materials.


Goods supplied here are customized and will normally be dispatched within two to six weeks of receipt of order. Where a specific delivery date has been agreed, and where this delivery date cannot be met, you will be notified and given the opportunity to agree a new delivery date or receive a full refund.

Should you request delivery to take place with different means and/or times than what usually established (for instance in particular days or times), any additional costs will be charged to you.

Cancellation and return

Please inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and notify us emailing info@shop-shop.it within seven working days of delivery if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If you fail to do so you will be deemed to have accepted the Goods.

Where you make a claim of defect or damage please return us the Goods. You will be entitled to a full refund plus any transportation charges if the Goods are in fact defective.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the EU you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the Contract and receive a refund by informing us by mail to the address below and by returning the Goods at your expenses within fourteen (14) working days after reception. You will receive a refund of the cost of the Goods and any other sum paid within 14 days of cancellation, except for the return transportation charges.

The Products will be returned at your risk. The Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Should we find the returned goods to be damaged due to your fault or used, you will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage. In case the goods were used you will be charged at least 30% of their price.

Right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on customized / colored goods.

Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of our obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, and we will be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations.


The original Italian version of these terms and conditions may have been translated into other languages. The translated version is a courtesy and office translation only and you cannot derive any rights from the translated version. In the event of a dispute about the contents or interpretation of these terms and conditions or inconsistency or discrepancy between the Italian version and any other language version of these terms and conditions, the Italian language version shall apply, prevail and be conclusive.

Changes to terms and conditions

We are entitled to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time, but this right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted by you upon making a purchase.
